Repair orders can also be requested online.
When calling us, please give the model number and S/N so that we can provide you with the
correct advice. The rating plate bearing these numbers can be found when you open the
appliance door.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
As a purchaser of one of our products, you are entitled to the legal guarantees of the purchase
contract with your distributor.
To do this, remember to keep the INVOICE or PURCHASE TICKET as it is the only valid way
to show the start date of the Guarantee period. Without them, no repair covered by the
Manufacturer's Warranty will be applied.
Additionally, we provide you with the following conditions:
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty lasts for 36 months from the date of purchase (proof of purchase must be
presented). Faults or defects in the equipment are rectified free of charge for the first 24
months, as long as the equipment is accessible for repairs without any special effort. In the
following 12 months, the buyer is obliged to prove that the fault or defect already existed from
the delivery.
Your product has not been designed for commercial use (for example, in hotels, bars,
restaurants, ...) or for shared use by several households. In these cases, the guarantee will not
apply.
When making use of the guarantee, the guarantee does not extend for the equipment or for the
newly installed parts.
SCOPE OF CORRECTIVE MEASURES
We will repair all equipment defects, within the specified periods, that can be demonstrably
attributed to faulty workmanship or material defects. Replaced parts become our property.
