TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLAIMS
Warranty
The duration and conditions related to the legal warranties are provided
by respective local laws. Except as prohibited by laws or otherwise
promised by the manufacturer, the after-sales services shall be limited to
the country or region of the original purchase. Under the consumer
warranty, to the fullest extent premised by law, we will, at its discretion,
repair, replace or refund your product. Normal wear and tear, force
majeure, abuse or damage caused by the user's negligence or fault are
not warranted.
Packaging
The return must be made in the original packaging. Shipping products in
other than the original packaging may affect their performance.
Purchase receipt or invoice
It must be presented stamped or with some identification of the centre
where the product was purchased.
Identification of the merchandise
The merchandise must be perfectly identified with the number assigned
by the Technical Service when contacted to manage the guarantee (if
assigned). In the event that said number or information that allows
identifying the owner and order of the material does not appear, the
Technical Service is not responsible for the possible loss of the electric
scooter.
Description of the problem
It is mandatory to fill in the field indicated in "Description of incident"
with an explanation as detailed as possible of the problem that the
product presents, thus facilitating the diagnosis and subsequent repair.
