Once the product is received, it must be reset as indicated in the manual
and, if it returns to its original operation, the customer must pay the
transport cost plus an expense for the work time used by the technician.
Symptoms of misuse
If the product shows clear symptoms of misuse, the customer must pay
the cost of transport plus an expense for the technical work performed.
The product will be shipped once the transfer is received. If the client
requests it, a repair estimate will be made.
Misuse of the product
If upon receiving the product we detect clear symptoms of misuse of the
product, the customer must pay the transport costs generated plus the
technical work. The product will be sent under previous payment of the
client.
