covered or positioned incorrectly.
• The appliance must not be moved when hot. Never touch the hot parts with
your bare skin.
• Never immerse the product in water or any other liquids. However should
the appliance accidentally fall into water or have water or any other liquid spilt
over it isolate and unplug the appliance immediately and have it checked by
a qualified person before using it again. Non-observance could cause a fatal
electric shock!
• Do not use the appliance with wet hands, on a damp floor or when the
appliance itself is wet.
CAUTION: There may be some odour coming from the heater for the very first
time you use it. This is normal during the break-in period or after long term
storage. Make sure the heater is in well ventilated area and continue running it
until the odour goes away.
INSTALLATION
HELPFUL ADVICE BEFORE FITTING
• Remove the appliance from the box and remove any packaging from the product.
• Place the packaging inside the box and either store or dispose of safely.
• The pack contains small items which should be kept away from young children.
• Inspect the air inlets and outlets to ensure that there are no blockages.
• The area around the fire should be kept free of animal hair, lint and other extraneous
material that may be drawn into the workings of the appliance and could affect its
performance.
Note: All heaters may cause paint discoloration overtime or wall paper to lift.
Only use on an even and stable surface so as to avoid the appliance toppling
over.
Keep the front of the appliance through which the heat is radiated at least one
meter away from furniture, curtains and other flammable objects at all times.
Ensure there is a grounded socket nearby (back of the appliance).
Never use an extension lead. The main cable must remain at the back of the
appliance and must not be in contact with any hot elements.
