DESCRIPTION
INSTALLATION
• Take the unit out of its packaging. Keep the original box throughout the unit's lifespan.
• Open the cover to access the filter compartment. To do so, unscrew the two screws
wrench provided.
• Remove the two filter latches
• Remove the filter from its protective packaging and put it into place, with the blue pre-filter visible (there
are arrows on the side of the filter to indicate the air direction).
• If necessary, adjust active oxygen processing (see instructions on pages 13 to 14).
• Put back in place the filter latches then close the cover using the two screws.
• Place the unit in a stable position on a flat surface.
• Plug the unit into an electrical outlet.
WALL MOUNTING (OPTIONAL)
Hygeolis can be mounted on a wall using the wall bracket provided (two grey plate parts).
Fit the two parts of the wall
bracket together to form a T.
Fix to the wall using suitable
dowel plugs and screws (not
provided).
Your Hygeolis is now securely mounted on the wall and is ready to be plugged in.
If you wish to uninstall it, follow the above procedure in reverse order.
OPERATION
You have finished installing the unit, and it is now ready for operation. Before starting it, read the
instructions and recommendations below to ensure optimal use of your Hygeolis.
How does Hygeolis work?
When the unit is turned on, polluted air is drawn into the front of the unit and through the entire filtration
system. The purified air is propelled at 270° through the ventilation grids.
The unit has a filter comprising a biocide pre-filter and a very high density activated carbon filter.
For optimal filtration and correct use of the unit, the filters must be replaced regularly.
