8.2 WI-FI and password reset
In case new password is forgotten,
perform a WI-FI and password reset
operation to access to the configuration
mode by means default parameters and
reconfigure password and WI-FI again.

8.3 Factory reset
Factory reset of the IOT + Cloud data
(Button 1 15 sec + Button 2 15 sec) is
required in case:
• IDU/ODU H-Link Address of Hitachi
Heating Unit has changed.
• ATW-IOT-01 device has been
connected to different IDU/ODU unit
than its original configuration.
Whenever factory reset procedure has
been done, device is ready to be linked
again to any installation as if it was a
new product out of the box.
Device Status
ATW-IOT-01 is not linked to any account and
it is not connected to the cloud.
ATW-IOT-01 is connected to the cloud and
running normally
Software of the ATW-IOT-01 is being
remotely updated. During the updating time
ATW-IOT-01 is not operable.
ATW-IOT-01 has lost communication with the
cloud (WI-FI lost, internet connection lost...)
or communication with Hitachi Heating unit
has been stopped for more than 3 minutes
due to H-Link communication wire cut or
communication perturbances.
Device Status
ATW-IOT-01 is connected to the cloud and
running normally
Software of the ATW-IOT-01 is being
remotely updated. During the updating time
ATW-IOT-01 is not operable.
