Massage Duration
The massage lasts about 15-20 minutes

It is recommended to dedicate about 5 minutes per area to

be treated. In the case of the legs, spend about 10 minutes
on each leg (thigh + buttock).
If you want to dedicate a longer time to specific areas,

we recommend dividing the treatment into two areas--
upper and lower--to allow enough time for each and then
alternating the days of treating them.

towards the heart),
to promote the
elimination of
