Fault description
Both status LEDs

Trouble-shooting
Cause
The user code has not
been recognised.
The desired user
code consists solely
of identical numbers,
e.g. 1111, 3333.
The desired user
code is too short or
too long, e.g 321,
987654321.
An error occurred
when selecting menu
items or entering
values.
You have entered an
incorrect user code 3
times. The system is
locked for 1 minute
or 15 minutes.
No bus connection
with the control unit.
No pairing or pairing
faulty
Remedy
Enter the user code again.
Use a user code with
at least one different
number.
Observe the required
length for the user code:
Min. 4 digits,
Max. 8 digits.
Repeat your entry.
Enter an authorised user
code twice. The door can
then be opened before
the lock is due to end by
entering an authorised
user code again.
Check the wiring or com-
mission the device.
Reset the pairing
(see Section 4).
