ATTENTION!
Always wear face mask and gloves during filter

6.2.1 LongLife main filter
You must learn from experience when to replace the main filter,
since the lifespan of the filter strongly depends on the welding
process, the composition of the welding fumes, the intensity of
use and the humidity.
Replace the main filter:
- when the control light keeps blinking (shortly) after an off-line
cleaning cycle; or
- when the airflow is reduced to the point that extraction
performance is no longer satisfactory; or
- when it has been damaged.
BGIA approved machines only (additional):
Replace the main filter:
- when the buzzer keeps emitting an intermittent acoustic
signal while the cleaning mechanism is in operation.
To replace the main filter proceed as follows.
CAUTION!
Be careful replacing the main filter; it is provided with
a precoat.
