Choose a good, cleared assembly area
and get a friend to help you put your grill
together. Lay card board down to protect grill
finish and assembly area. Turn the grill on its
side to begin assembly.
Step 1
Remove the lid from the cooking chamber
by removing hinge screws and sliding the
hinge pins on the lid out of the hinges on
the cooking chamber.
Step 2
Place the grill body assembly on its end
with the lid open. Make sure that another
person is holding the grill body assembly
steady. Attach one long leg to the grill
body assembly. Align the bolts of leg
with the pre-drilled holes in the grill body
assembly as illustrated. Attach using four
M6 x 12 mm bolts, M6 flat washers and
M6 nuts. Hand tighten only. Attach one
wheel leg to grill body assembly. Align the
bolts of the leg with the pre-drilled holes
in the grill body assembly as illustrated.
Attach using four M6 x 12 mm bolts, M6
flat washers and M6 nuts. Hand tighten
only.
Step 3
Insert the bottom shelf (curved end
pointed down) into the mounted legs.
Step 4
Attach remaining two legs by inserting the
hooks of the wire rack through the holes
in the legs, and then attaching to the front
side of the cooking chamber using eight
M6 X 12 mm bolts and eight M6 nuts.
Make sure that the wheel leg is on the side
of the cooking chamber with the smoke
stack hole.
