Battery capacity indicators
The battery pack (12) is equipped with battery capacity indicators (12b) which are
used to give an indication of the battery pack's remaining capacity. Press the battery
capacity button (12a) to check battery capacity (Figs. C, D). The LEDs will stay lit for
approximately 5 seconds.
Mixer paddle
WARNING! Mixer paddles are available in different types and with
different shape and diameters. Always use the correct paddle according
to the intended use!
Do not use over-sized mixing paddles for the tool. This could overload
the tool. Refer to the Technical Specifications section for maximum
paddle size.
Contact an authorised service centre for the spare mixer paddles.
Mixer paddles become hot during use! Handle them carefully! Wear
protective gloves when handling paddle in order to avoid injuries like
burns and cuts!
Attaching the mixer paddle (Fig. E, F):
NOTE: Clean and lubricate the inner thread of socket (10) if necessary.
1. Align and screw the mixer paddle (11) clockwise into the thread of socket (10) (Fig.
E) and pre-tighten it by hand.
2. Lock the socket (10) with one spanner (13) and secure the mixer paddle (11)
clockwise with the other spanner (13) gripping the welded nut on the mixer paddle
(11) (Fig. F).
Removing / replacing the mixer paddle (Fig. G, H)
1. Lock the socket (10) with one spanner (13) and loosen the mixer paddle (11)
anticlockwise with the other spanner (13) gripping the welded nut on the mixer
paddle (11) (Fig. G).
2. Loosen the welded nut anticlockwise and remove the mixer paddle (11) from the
thread of socket (10) (Fig. H).
3. Attach a new mixer paddle as required.
