Appliance controls
The control panel is shown in figure 10. For reference it is also shown below:
Temperature adjustment sensor (A)
This button is used to adjust the temperature within the appliance. Press this sensor
once to activate adjustment, and then as many times as necessary until the desired
level is selected. The settings range from 1 to super freeze ( ) with 1 being the
warmest and super freeze being the coldest.
Please note: Where possible, avoid having the temperature setting on 5 or super
freeze (snowflake) all of the time. This well help to alleviate strain on the compres-
sor and system.
Super Freeze: Use this function when you intend to place plenty of fresh food in the
freezer. The freezer will operate continuously to freeze the fresh food fast. When
Super Freeze is active the function indicator lights up. The Super Freeze function
deactivates after 24 hours.
Temperature setting display (B)
This display will illuminate the current temperature setting. Adjusting the tempera-
ture will cycle through this display.
Power button (C)
Use this sensor to switch the appliance on and off (standby mode).
