6. INSTALLATION
In Italy, installation of pellet appliances has always to be done in respect of UNI 10683 Italian regulation in force the
day of issue of this manual. On the other hand all local and regional regulations have to satisfied as well as all the
rules highlighted in this manual.
IMPORTANT: ALL PICTURES AND DRAWINGS LISTED IN THE MANUAL ARE
ONLY APPROXIMATE AND SUBMIT TO BE VERIFIED BY THE LOCAL AND
NATIONAL REGULATIONS FOR INSTALLATION.
Before installing the stove please check as follows:
- the chimney has to be correctly designed for exhaust gases and must satisfy the requirements for the stove
- the distance between stove and flammable materials has to be respected
- the wall back to the stove must satisfy the regulations in force and manufacturer's recommendations
- the external air intake must be the right size and connected to the stove
- floor capacity is enough related to stove weight
7. LOCATION OF THE STOVE
In case locating the appliances on a flammable floor (i.e. parquet) protected it against radiant heat and eventually
some combustion rests with appropriate non flammable materials (steel, marble, tiles etc.).
Minimum distances to be respected are shown here below and in the first page of this manual:
A distance of min 50 cm between chimney and heat sensitive building elements like facing, beams or wooden
ceilings, etc. must be respected
Keep all flammable material like wooden furniture, curtains, carpets and flammable
fluids at least 80 cm from the stove when operating).
MODEL FORCED CONVECTION (M10 – M14)
When there are two fans, must always be connected to the nozzle (see diagram below).
It 's forbidden, otherwise void the warranty, do not connect the air tubes as shown in the diagram (Fig. 6).
If your model is equipped with a radio remote control:
The tangential fan (which pushes air into the two openings C) begins to run automatically when the appareil is in temperature and
is adjusted according to the power set of the stove. The centrifugal fan (which pushes air into the sewage E) can be adjusted via
the remote control: menu 1, from 0 to 5-speed or automatic.
If your model is equipped with a IR remote control :
the fans are activated automatically when the fireplace is at temperature they adjust themselves automatically according to the
power of the stove.
