Operation
6.1
Disc Guard
The disc guard can be mounted according to the working conditions. Loosen the screw completely and slide the
disc guard over the spindle. Tighten the screw slightly and position the guard as desired. Tighten the screw
firmly so the disc guard cannot move freely.
Make sure to mount the guard with the closed flange towards the user. The closed

Auxiliary Handle
The auxiliary handle can be mounted on the left or the right side of the device. Mount the handle above the disc
guard and fix it by turning the grip of the handle clockwise in the desired position.
This device should be used with both hands only! Do not use the device if the

Mounting a Disc
Accessories can be very hot after use. Do not touch them with bare hands!
The used disc must:
be suited to the material to grind
o
fit the spindle perfectly without adapters
o
have a maximum rotation speed higher than the idling speed of the device
o
never have a diameter larger than indicated
o
never be bent, chipped or damaged
o
Mounting
1. Keep the spindle-lock button pressed as you loosen the outer flange. Use the spanner if necessary. Remove
the outer flange.
2. Place the disc on the spindle. Make sure the clamping flange is correctly placed on the spindle. Also, mind
the rotation direction of the disc.
3. Screw the outer flange on the spindle, keep the spindle-lock button pressed and tighten the outer flange
with the spanner.

Switching On and Off
Press the on-off switch and move the switch forward to start the device and to operate. The switch will also
lock. Press to release the switch and to switch off the device.
