3.7.2 Personal profiles

Personal profiles are multiple step workouts in two different modes: constant
power or constant heart rate (CPR). For CPR personal profiles, the chest band
must be worn.
When the dedicated key
select profile (1-6)
Press the number keys corresponding to one of the personal profiles, from 01
to 09. The goal dial will show the altitude profile. Each column on the display
corresponds to a step, with a duration of 1/12 of the total goal value. In constant
power profiles, the height of the 12 LED columns is proportional to the effort
level; in constant heart rate profiles, the height of the 12 LED columns is
proportional to the target heart rate.
Press ENTER to confirm the selection of the displayed profile.

Type in the age with the number keys and then press ENTER to confirm and
proceed.

Type in the body weight with the number keys and then press ENTER to
confirm and proceed.
