Special safety instructions
Do not use cracked, blunt or damaged saw
blades.
The tool's metal parts may become
conductive if they come into contact with a
live wire. You should therefore only hold it by
its insulated handle.
Make sure that you do not saw into any
cables or pipes hidden below the surface.
Never stop the blade by pressing it down
or by exerting pressure on the side of the
blade. Do not touch the blade after sawing,
as it may be very hot. Never place the tool
on a table or workbench until it has stopped
completely. The saw blade continues to run
for a short time after the tool is switched off.
Check that the motor's vent holes are not
blocked.
Always use a face mask during work if
excessive amounts of dust are generated or if
working with harmful materials.
Fitting accessories
Tilt the knob (2) for rapid replacement up so
that the front clip on the spindle (9) loosens.
Insert the required accessory around the
spindle so that it �ts into the lock pins. Press
the knob (2) back so that the accessory locks
in place between the front and rear clip.

Adjusting the speed
Adjust the tool's speed using the speed
selector (5).
As a sander
With the sanding pad (7) �tted, the tool
can be used as a triangular sander and for
sanding objects made of wood and metal.
Select a sandpaper with the appropriate grit
size for the task.
Use sandpaper with a low grit number for
coarse sanding and sandpaper with a high
grit number for �ner sanding.
