If vibrations or unusual noises suddenly occur, stop the machine at once and check the belt for
damage or wear.
Vinyl Zapper operations on the MBX
®
The Vinyl Zapper wheel is intended for the removal of vinyl, adhesive residues, reflecting foils,

stickers, decals and double-side adhesive tapes from coated and non-coated surfaces.
The Vinyl Zapper wheel ensures that any paintworks are left undamaged. The Vinyl Zapper
®
wheel is mounted onto the same Adaptor system as the MBX

Pneumatic tool

Less contact pressure = longer service life
and higher performance.
Note that excessive pressure will lead to
damaging the MBX
of the tooth belt.
Use the machine on edges only in the
lengthways direction.
Press down lightly on the machine and
move over the surface by making oscillating
movements.
