Presión (Pressure):
If the pressure setting is not required, pass this step.
If the pressure setting is required, press the "Presión (pressure)" button after chosen
the cooking menu. You can select the cooking pressure: low, medium or high.
End of cooking:
1) After the end of cooking, the pressure cooker gives out a 3-buzzer sound, and then
enters to the keep warm function.
2) Press the " mantener caliente/cancelar " button to stop keeping warm. Then you can
shut off the cooker.
4) Turn the pressure valve to the "exhaust" state, in order to discharge the steam
(figure 6).
*Note: when cooking soup or vegetables with more liquid, do not turn the pressure valve
after the end of cooking. It is necessary to wait for the pressure falling before doing it.
5) After the pressure has been discharged, rotate clockwise the valve and then lift the
pot cover.
3. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
1. Before cleaning, pull out the plug from the socket.
2. Clean the pot cover, including the gasket, discharge the pressure valve, filter, vent hole,
ball float valve and floater, and use a duster cloth to wipe the pot cover.
3. Use a soft cloth to wipe the shell of the pressure cooker. Never immerse the pressure
cooker into water or wash it.
4. Empty the water of the pot, and use soapy water to clean.
5. Use a soft brush or non-metallic brush to clean the inner pot, and then wipe with a
cloth.
6. Use a soft brush to clean the discharge pressure valve and the vent hole to ensure that
steam can pass when cooking.
