ELECTRIC PRUNING SHEARS
Open the blades of the pruner.
Turn off the tool and remove the battery.
Apply the grease between the moving blade
and the fix blade (see the picture below).
Put together the battery and the tool.
Turn on the pruner and pull the trigger
sometimes to get the grease through the blades.
Clean the blades from the grease leftover.
15.3. DISASSEMBLY AND GREASE
General maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and blade replacement requires
some disassembly and assembly of your pruner.
The cover is fixed to the pruner by 2 screws. The adjusting nut is fixed with
a central screw.
By removing the cover, the central screw, the adjusting nut, the bearing and
the hexagonal bolt, you can access, maintain, clean, lubricate and replace the
blades when needed.
It is recommended to grease the gears each 3-4 working days to guarantee
the correct operating life of the tool.
A. Remove the M5 hexagon socket
counterhead screw clockwise as
shown.

as shown and remove the flat needle
roller bearing.
