Congratulations! You have just acquired a new hydropneumatic trolley jack 20-40T, model CRH215NB. Please read
this manual carefully before using the device for the first time. It contains information that will enable you to
master and use the machine on a day-to-day basis very quickly and efficiently. Thank you for confidence.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
This machine is not designed to be used
by anyone (including children) whose
physical, sensory or mental capacity is
reduced, or inexperienced or uninformed
persons unless they have had the benefit
of prior monitoring or instruction in
the use of the machine from a person
responsible for their safety. Take care to
ensure that children never play with the
machine.
NB: When transporting the device
between 2 jobs it is important to secure
it with straps. The air circuit must also
be disconnected from the device and
cylinders retracted. Before using the jack
for the first time, it is indispensable to
bleed the air quickly from the system by
raising-lowering it 3 times with no load, to
the maximum of the piston travel.
WARNING: There is a risk of oil vapour
emanations the first few times the jack
is used. The jack must be connected to a
pneumatic circuit using compressed air
at between 8 bar and 10 bar. NB: using
the device with air outside of this range
risks damaging the equipment. The jack is
designed for use in a place not exposed to
the rain. The body of the jack must be used
in the horizontal position on flat ground,
as shown in the photo above. Before
using the device, equip yourself with
the appropriate PPE > gloves, protective
goggles, hard hat and safety shoes.
