2. Packaging
The handle and body of the jack are packed in two cartons on a pallet.
The packaging also contains the user and maintenance manual and
the certificate of conformity. The pallet can be handled using a pallet
truck or forklift truck.

3.2 PREPARATION FOR ASSEMBLY
1. Your trolley jack is delivered with the wheels
already mounted. They will need to be removed to
fit the jack's handle.
2. Use circlip pliers to remove the circlip of the wheel
on the right. Then remove the first washer, the
wheel, the spacer and the second washer.
Be careful to keep the wheel the same way round.
3. Pull out the axle with the left-hand wheel still
attached to it.
4. Fit the handle from underneath. Line up the holes
for the axle to go through. NB: make sure that the
control on the handle is on the right.
5. Insert the axle which still has one wheel fixed to
it. Pass the axle through the tube on the handle.
Push the axle with the wheel as far as it will go.
6. Put back the part removed previously in reverse
order: washer, spacer, wheel (making sure it is
the right way round), washer, circlip.
7. Reconnect the air hoses as shown in the diagram
on the device.
