GUARANTEE OF THE EQUIPMENT ADDRESSED
TO THE FINAL CUSTOMER:
All our products enjoy a guarantee of two years
according to the established by law from the
purchase of the same one. If any repair is carried
out, it would have a 3-month warranty, independent
of the general warranty. In order to be covered by
this guarantee, the date of purchase of the product
must be accredited.
The company undertakes to guarantee the parts
whose manufacture is defective, provided that they
are not sent for examination at our facilities on
behalf of the customer. To enforce the warranty, it is
necessary that the defective part is accompanied
by this warranty voucher, duly fulfilled and sealed by
the seller. The guarantee will always be given in our
warehouses.
In all cases our responsibility is exclusively to
replace or repair defective materials without regard
to compensation or other expenses. No returns or
claims for material will be accepted after 15 days of
receipt.
In case of agreement within this term, the material
will have to be sent to us perfectly packed and
DIRECTED TO CARRIAGE PAID TO OUR STORA-
GE.
THE GUARANTEE IS NOT EXCESSIVE FOR:
1. The replacement, repair of parts or organs
caused by wear due to normal use of the
equipment,
such
sediment cartridges, etc... as indicated in the
instruction manual of the equipment.
2. Damage caused by misuse of the appliance and
damage caused by transport.
3. Handling, modification or repair by third parties.
4. Faults or malfunctions resulting from improper
installation, outside the service department, or if the
assembly instructions have not been followed
correctly.
5. Improper use of the equipment or that the working
conditions are not as indicated by the manufacturer.
The use of spare parts that are not original company
spare parts.
