SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Read the instructions in this manual carefully before using the vacuum
cleaner. Keep this manual for future reference.
• It is an electrical device, so safety precautions must be followed. Make
sure that the voltage used for the vacuum cleaner corresponds to
that of the electrical installation.
• Turn off and unplug the device by removing the plug, without pulling
the cable, after use, before changing accessories, cleaning and/or
maintenance.
• Do not leave the vacuum cleaner running without supervision.
• Do not vacuum wet surfaces, water or other liquids, hot substances,
large, sharp waste such as glass or harmful, aggressive, flammable
and/or explosive products.
• Do not submerge the device in water or pour water on it.
• Do not vacuum cigarettes, lighters, matches or other objects that give
off heat or bring them close to the device. Do not place the vacuum
cleaner near sources of heat.
• Do not touch the cable with wet hands due to the risk of electric shock.
• Do not bring the vacuum cleaner close to eye level.
• No one should disassemble or modify the product, except
maintenance technicians designated by Newlux, due to a risk of fire,
electric shock or personal injury.
• This vacuum cleaner is designed for home use.
• This device is NOT intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities with a lack of
experience or knowledge; unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the device by a person responsible for
their use.
• If an extension cord is used, check it is in good condition and is suitable
for the power of the vacuum cleaner.
WARNING
Stop vacuuming and empty the bin before it reaches the MAX level.
If the power cord is damaged, do not use the vacuum cleaner. This must
be replaced by the official technical services.
