and fill up the hole.
Hold the ground socket upright.
Test the rotary dryer with a spirit level.
Only use the original Leifheit ground socket provided by
the manufacturer.
The socket should protrude slightly out of the ground so
that the cover can be closed.
Let the concrete set for a few days.
[3] Check whether the rotary dryer is correctly positioned
in the ground socket. When setting up the rotary dryer,
the bottom of the three holes in the slot of the central
pole must be covered by the upper edge of the ground
socket. Or the central pole must be sunk at least 21.5 cm
into the ground socket.
Opening:
The rotary dryer should be checked for damage prior to
each use and must only be used if a flawless condition can
be assumed. For your own safety before opening, please
make sure there is stable footing and that no items or
obstacles are behind your back.
[1] Only pull the pull-opening tensioning cord upwards
at an angle. After overcoming the initial resistance,
the rotary dryer can be opened easily until the desired
washing line tension is reached.
[2] Fasten the pull-opening cord knob on the sliding central
collar to prevent it damaging or being a trip hazard.
[3] By pulling the central collar upwards with the opening
cord, the washing lines can be re-tensioned if necessary.
Closing:
[1] Release the tensioning cord knob from its attachment.
[2] Unlock the notch handle and move the collar down-
wards.
[3] Use the pull cord to close the rotary dryer with one
smooth movement, while carefully stepping out of the
closing range and ensuring a secure footing and a free
area behind you.
