IMPORTANT:

Tap water can be used. If the water in your region is very hard we advise
you to mix the tap water with an equal amount of distilled or demineralised
water. This will prolong the optimum steam function of the steam generator.
You can inquire about the water hardness with your local waterworks.

The water tank can be filled at any time while using the appliance.
•
During it first use the iron may produce certain vapours and odours, along
with white particles on the soleplate, this is normal and it will stop after a few
minutes.
•
While the steam release button is pressed, the water tank may produce a
pumping sound, this is normal, indicating that the water is being pumped to
the steam tank.
Dry ironing
Simple do not press the steam control button and you will be dry ironing.
Temperature selection
First check whether the fabric has a label containing ironing instructions and
compare he symbol with the instructions which follow. If there is no label with
instructions, but you know the type of material, follow the instructions below.
Note that these instructions refer to fabrics which have not been treated with
starch or similar substances. If they have, they should be ironed at a lower
temperature.
