6. TROUBLESHOOTING
No liquid flow in circuit
Cause
» Pump blocked.
» No liquid in the tank.
» Air in cooling circuit.
» Cooling circuit blocked or broken.
» Presence of the cooling unit alarm.
» Faulty pump.
Insufficient cooling capacity
Cause
» Faulty fan.
» Faulty pump.
Solution
» With the tank filled and power source off, open the unit right-hand
»
» Wait for a few seconds, close the valve and the side cover and restart
» Refill.
» Connect the by-pass to the outlet connection(blue colour) and bleed
the hydraulic circuit allowing the cooling fluid to emerge for a few
seconds.
» Check the state of the connections (inside the unit) of the hydraulic
circuit.
» Check the state of the torch's hydraulic circuit.
» Check the condition of the coolant circuit in the cable bundle.
» Contact the nearest service centre to have the system repaired.
» Reset the alarm.
» Connect a torch or the by-pass in the operating modes requiring the
cooling unit to be active.
» Check the state of the connections (inside the unit) of the hydraulic
circuit.
» Check the state of the torch's hydraulic circuit.
» Contact the nearest service centre to have the system repaired.
» Replace the faulty component.
» Contact the nearest service centre to have the system repaired.
