Observation:
If you do not want to prepare the maximum number
of containers, you must cover the unused holes with
empty containers or with container lids.
Starting the appliance
• Fill the base of the appliance with water to the MAX level (fig. 34).
•
Attach the holder onto the base of the appliance (fig. 35). The jars
must be suspended (fig. 36).
• Suspend the jars with the preparation, without the lids, in the holder
(Fig. 37).
• Close the lid on the appliance (fig. 38).
• Plug in the appliance.
• Select programme 4 "Dairy desserts" or 5 "Sponge desserts" by pressing
the button
.
• Confirm the programme with the button
• Select the recipe cooking time with the + and - keys.
• Confirm with the button
• The cycle begins (fig. 39).
• Pressing and holding
at any time allows you to interrupt the cooking
and return to the programme selection.
Observation: During cooking you can adjust the time with the + and -
keys. The new time is automatically saved after a few seconds.

Shelf life
• Dairy desserts are kept cold and must be consumed soon after being
made.
Important: many dairy dessert recipes are made with eggs. To avoid any
risk, use fresh eggs in all these recipes.
