Industrial Lifter HAMMER 40
4.7 - Elevate the lifter by turning the winch handle clockwise until the last aluminium profile is raised
above the base. Then, remove the forks and place them back in horizontal position (the forks must
be leaning upwards, never pointed downwards), finally block them with the pins and the clips.
(See figure 4.7.1 y 4.7.2).

4.8- THE MAXIMUM LOAD MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED.
The lifter should NEVER be overloaded. Safety at work is the most important issue. Place the load
onto the lift using an adequate KUZAR support according to your needs, use it so that the weight of
the load is balanced. The minimum load is 25 Kg.
IMPORTANT - HOW TO PLACE THE LOAD ON THE LIFTER
Always load as close to the tower as possible.
Follow the instruction of the next picture to place the load correctly, diagram 4.9 shows the load out
of the gravity center, with distances to the lifting carriage at a maximum lifting. Notice that the maxi-
mum load diminishes according to the distance from the body of the tower.
