PRODUCT DESTINATION
The Tobago folding shower chair with wheels is a medical device. It is a technical toilet aid for elderly, people with reduced
mobility, disabled, injured or who lose their balance easily.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Failure to follow the safety precautions may result in the risk of serious injury.
•
Don't exceed the maximum supported weight of 100 kg
•
Ensure that all components are secured before use.
•
Ensure that the product is in good working order.
•
Visually check the product
•
Before each use of the product, the brakes and castors should be checked
•
Check the stability of the chair before use.
•
Use only on level ground.
•
When stopped, remember to apply the wheel brakes.
•
Be sure to release the brakes before moving the chair again.
•
When transferring or when the chair is stationary, also apply the brakes.
•
Never bend over while in the chair.
•
Check wheel bearings and brakes
•
If any parts are damaged, broken, worn or missing, contact your dealer.
MOUNTING & USE
MOUNTING
1 - Remove all components from the packaging and check the contents: frame (x1), seat (x1), adjustable wheels (x4).
2 - Unfold the chair frame.
3 - Place the seat on the frame and press firmly so that the seat tubes fit into the seat housings.
USE :
Before each use, make sure the chair is properly assembled, especially the locks on the seat and the 4 wheels.
When using with wheels, the chair is locked by pressing the levers as shown
opposite. Unlocking is done by pulling up the levers.
