MOTION-TEST:
When the motion sensor is powered up, it will
at first go into a „WARM UP" phase that will
last about 1 minute and then automatically go
into „AUTO MODE". As soon as it is in „AUTO
MODE", you can perform a motion test, by
pressing the LUX-setting button into the „Day"
() position and the TIME-setting button to
minimum (-). You can test the monitored field
by moving toward the motion detector. As soon
as the motion sensor receives an alert signal
(e.g. the motion of a person) inside its moni-
tored field, the attached light will be activated
for the selected time period. The range moni-
tored can be adjusted individually by horizon-
tally or vertically adjusting the sensor head.
Once you have completed the motion test,
place the LUX-SETTING SELECTOR to the
„Night" () position, to make sure that the
motion sensor only operates at night and set
the TIME-SETTING SELECTOR for the de-
sired lighting duration.
