05 Troubleshooting
When the product is in use, the following indicators may appear in the main
display area:
Error
Quick flashing of
the lightning bolt
sign
Unable to charge Charging temperature
Couldn't measure
and the display
shows "-.---".
Cause
The battery level is low.

The laser reflective signal
is too weak (such as when
measuring black surfaces).
The laser reflective signal
is too strong (such as when
measuring highly reflectiv
surfaces).
Out of the operating
temperature range
Out of measurement range
Solution
Charge the laser measure.
It is recommended to charge
at a normal temperature of
about 25℃.
Measure a target with high
reflectivity or use the laser
measure with a reflectiv
board.
Measure a target with low
reflectivity or use the laser
measure with a reflectiv
board.
Use the laser measure
within the specified t
emperature range.
Use the laser measure within
the measurement range
