While operating the sander, pay attention to the following
instructions:
▪ The backing pad holders can be positioned on two
pivoting shafts. This means that the backing pad adjusts
to the contours of the work surface, making it easier to
work in ceilings and tight spaces;
▪ Perform overlapping sweeps and keep the sanding head
in constant motion. Keeping the backing pad, too long in
one place, can cause swirl marks and sanding more than
desirable;
▪ Do not apply too much pressure on the sander in order
to avoid overload. To obtain quality and good
performance, choose the right sandpaper (material and
grit) for the type of work and the desired result;
▪ Use the sander in short size mode (without telescopic
rod) on small and narrow areas. Use the telescopic rod
when working on larger areas, higher walls or ceiling;
▪
The triangular backing pad does not rotate, it vibrates. It
is suitable for working in corners;
▪ When using the triangular backing pad on corners,
reduce the contact pressure, otherwise there will be
excessive load on the pad edges;
▪ Keep safety devices, ventilation slots and motor housing
as clean as possible. Blow out the motor with
compressed air every 5 hours;
▪ The sander is not suitable for working on damp surfaces.
1. Before starting any work with the sander, set the speed
control dial (4) to the minimum speed position (to the
right) to test if the backing pad is properly secured and
to ensure a smooth start of the sander;
2. If everything is operational, turn the rotation speed
control dial according to the surface and the type of work
you want to sand;
3. The

Before carrying out any cleaning, adjustment,
accessory replacement, repair or maintenance tasks,
switch off the power tool and unplug the power cord (7).
All maintenance and repair work requiring an opening of
the motor housing may only be carried out by the service
department of the brand.
In the event of excessive sparking, contact technical
assistance.
The motor will not start if the carbon brushes are worn out.
The brushes must be replaced in time, otherwise there will
be poor contact between the brushes and the rotor, which
may lead to sparks and damage to the power tool. Both
carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time by two
brushes with equal characteristics.

On the perimeter of the backing pad there is a skirt brush
that prevents the projection of particles and reduces the
formation of dust. If the skirt brush is worn, it must be
replaced.

2. Loosen the skirt brush fixing bolts;
3. Remove the skirt brush and replace it with a new one;
