TROUBLESHOOTING
UV lamp is off
Make sure the power cord is plugged in to the appliance and outlet correctly.
Make sure the door is fully closed.
Make sure the UV bulbs are installed correctly.
If you have used the UV bulbs for about 6,000 hours, you may need to replace them.
Infrared LED is off
Make sure the power cord is plugged in correctly to the appliance and outlet.

LED light is always off when UV sterilization is in progress.
Objects are not drying well
Try setting a longer time for the drying.
Shake off the excess of water thoroughly before placing them inside the sterilizer.
There is an odor inside the unit and some of the objects being sterilized.
It has been often noticed that there is a residual odor after disinfection. This odor has been described as a sulfuric
smell or similar to rotten eggs, or burned hair. The odor is caused by high level of human dead skin dust particles,
and the breaking of the chemical bonds in these elements during sterilization that resulted the odor. The
concentration due to this type of UV disinfestion is extremely low is deemed as safe to human exposure.

This is a very good and interesting question. While our product is generally safe for most household products
with our patent-pending low heat technology, there are still many unknown condition for us to determine. Most
consumers don't realize this question actually goes back to the manufactures of the objects you intend to use
