How do I make a claim (for Products purchased in New Zealand)?
Step 1: Locate your original proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or tax invoice)
Step 2: Contact Huawei Customer Service

Step 3: Arrange the return of the Product in accordance to instructions provided by Huawei Customer Services including any
data back-ups if applicable.
Do not deliver your Huawei product without prior confirmation from Huawei Customer Services. If your Product needs to be
delivered to the Huawei Customer Service Centre you may be responsible for arranging and paying for that delivery and will be
liable for the Product whilst it is in transit.
