Inserting the battery into the machine (Fig. C-1)
Ensure that the exterior of the battery is
clean and dry before connecting to the
charger or machine.
1. Insert the battery (13) into the base of the
machine as shown in Fig. C-1.
2. Push the battery further forward until it clicks
into place.
Removing the battery from the machine (Fig. C-1)
1. Push the battery unlock button (14).
2. Pull the battery out of the machine like shown in
Fig. C-1.
Checking the battery charging status (Fig. C-2)
• To check the battery charge status, push the
button (15) on battery shortly.
• The battery has 3 lights indicating the charge
level, the more lights that burn, the more charge
the battery has left.
• When the lights are not burning it means the
battery is empty and must be charged immedia-
tely.
Charging the battery with the charger (Fig. C-2)
1. Take the battery (13) from the machine.
2. Turn the battery (13) to upside down position and
slide it onto the charger (17) as shown in Fig. C-2.
3. Push the battery until it is fully pushed into the
slot.
4. Plug the charger plug into an electrical outlet and
wait for a while. The LED indicators on the charger
(18) will lighten up and show the charger status.
The charger has 2 LED indicators (18) which indicate
the status of the charging process:

• Fully charging the 2Ah battery may take up to 60
minutes.
• Fully charging the 4Ah battery may take up to 120
minutes.
After the battery is fully charged remove the charger
plug from the outlet and remove the battery from the
charger.
Assembling the protection guard (Fig. E and F)
1. Place the machine on a table with the spindle (7)
facing upwards.
2. Place the protection guard (3) over the machine
head as shown in Figure E making sure the ridges
on the protection guard fall into the notches of the
machine head.
3. Turn the protection guard counter clockwise and
secure the guard by tightening the screw.
Mounting and removing the wheel disc (Fig. D)
Mounting
1. Place the machine on a table with the protection
guard (3) facing upwards.
2. Mount the flange (9) onto the spindle (7).
3. Place the wheel disc (10) onto the spindle (7).
4. Keep the spindle lock button (1) pressed and firm-

When the machine is not being used over a
longer period of time it is best to store the
battery in charged condition.
Never attempt to remove the guard
Do not use the machine without the guard.
Only use sharp and undamaged wheel discs.
