SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The car ramps are heavy-duty equipment. The basic safety principles must be observed during work.
Read and keep the instruction manual before beginning work.
Never exceed the maximum load capacity of the ramp (pair of ramps).
Always use a pair of ramps. It is not allowed to use only one ramp to lift only one wheel of the car. Align
the ramps parallel to each other so that the front edges of the ramps are in one line.
Make sure that the fl oor on which the car ramps will rest is level, solid and fl at. Do not put the car ramps
on a slope. Clean the fl oor of any dirt. Do not stand the car ramps on loose ground, e.g. sand or gravel.
Drive up and down the car ramps slowly and with utmost care. Always have another person assist your
driving up and down the car ramp. A driver of the car and the person who assists the driver must have
visual and verbal contact so that the latter can give instructions to the fi rst.
Once the car is up the ramps, ensure it is secured against rolling down from the ramps spontaneously.
Apply the handbrake and block the wheels which stand on the fl oor with chocks to prevent the vehicle
from rolling down.
The tyre width must be at least 20 mm narrower than the ramp width.
Do not make any modifi cations to the product. All repairs must be carried out at the authorised service
centre of the manufacturer.
PRODUCT OPERATION
Put the car ramps on the fl oor, check that they are aligned parallelly and that their front edges are in
one line (I).
Drive up the ramps slowly so that they do not move. The person who assist the driver informs the
driver about the position of the car ramps. If one wheel of the car goes up the ramp and the other does
not, reverse the car and begin driving it up once again. Otherwise the car and/or the car ramp may be
damaged.
Do not hold the ramps in place with hands, legs or tools.
