Press the emergency stop button to shut the calibration and adjustment facility
down in an emergency. The calibration and adjustment facility relieves itself
automatically up to a torque of approx. 100-150 N m.
Before continuing to operate the calibration and adjustment facility, the
emergency stop button must be released and the fault acknowledged.
Turn the emergency stop button clockwise to stop.
Acknowledge the fault with the tare/reset button.
Triggers transducer taring.
Only tare the transducer when it is under no load (no inserted calibration
object).
In the event of a fault: Acknowledge the fault and reset.
This LED indicates the operating mode of the calibration and adjustment facility
and any malfunctions:
Green LED lights up: The calibration and adjustment facility is in calibration
mode / adjustment mode
Yellow LED lights up: The calibration and adjustment facility is in set-up mode.
Red LED lights up: A fault is present
The start button has several functions:
In set-up mode: The transducer is turned counter-clockwise in jog mode.
In triggering calibration mode: Start the set number of measurements. These
are carried out automatically.
In measuring calibration mode: The calibration object is loaded in jog mode.
The stop button has several functions:
In set-up mode: The transducer is turned clockwise in jog mode.
In triggering calibration mode: Loading is cancelled and the transducer is
relieved.
In measuring calibration mode: Measured value is integrated into the
TORKMASTER programme and the transducer is relieved.
