Starting Operation
1. Connect FRITZ!Powerline 1220 to an electric outlet, and use a LAN
cable to connect it with your FRITZ!Box (internet router).
2. Connect FRITZ!Powerline 1260 to an outlet near the FRITZ!Box and
wait for the Powerline LED to light steadily.
You can integrate FRITZ!Powerline 1260 into the Mesh Wi-Fi of a
FRITZ!Box (FRITZ!Box with FRITZ!OS 6.90 or later): Press the WPS
or Connect button on the FRITZ!Box and then press the Connect
button on FRITZ!Powerline 1260 and hold it down for 1 second. The
LEDs on FRITZ!Powerline 1260 will start flashing.
3. As soon as Connect stops flashing, you can insert
FRITZ!Powerline 1260 into an outlet at the location where you need
access to the internet and the home network for your network
devices.
