The product is exclusively intended for measuring the TDS.
Only use the product for its intended purpose. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage or
loss arising from failure to observe intended use. Any modification to the product can have a
negative impact on safety and create hazards, and will void the warranty.

Automatic temperature compensation
FUNCTIONS
Hold function:
The instrument is able to hold the measurement. You can do this by pressing the HOLD button.
After five minutes (if you have not pressed any button), the measurement is held automatically.
Automatic switch-off function:
The device switches off automatically after 10 minutes if no button is pressed to preserve the battery.
Automatic temperature compensation:
The measurement device can perform automatic temperature compensation.
Maintenance:
Keep the electrode clean. Always place the protective cap on the electrode. Please remove the
batteries if the device is not used for a prolonged period.
Usage instructions:
1. Before use, remove the protective cap from the electrode.
2. Press the ON/OFF button and do not immerse the meter in water deeper than 4 cm. (Make sure
to immerse the meter only up to the mark).
3. Wait until the numerical display does not change (after 10-30 sec.), then press the HOLD button
and pull the meter out of the water. You can now read the result..
4. Wipe the electrode dry after use. Switch the device off and put the protective cap on.
Notice:
Do not expose the device to heat or direct sunlight.
The measurement device is not waterproof. Do not submerge it in water or immerse it deeper than
up to the marking, to avoid short-circuiting.
USEFUL FACTS
What does TDS mean?
TDS is the abbreviation for "total dissolved solids" and refers to the total amount of all dissolved
solids (minerals, salts or metals) in a specific amount of water. It is measured in milligrams per litre
(mg/l) or parts per million (ppm).
