4. Once the bag opening is properly positioned in the center of the vacuum
channel, close the lid by pressing on both corners to lock.
5. Select the food mode by pressing

Use "Dry" for vacuum sealing

NOTE: Always wait at least 20 seconds before vacuum sealing again.
Tips:
Vacuum sealing foods does not replace refrigeration or freezing. Perishable
foods need to be refrigerated or frozen.
Many fresh fruits and vegetables emit gases. If sealed, the bag will be filled
up with emitted gases, causing the food to spoil. For best results, you can
pre-freeze some fruits or blanch some vegetables before vacuum sealing.
To prevent wrinkles in a seal when vacuum sealing bulky items, gently
stretch the bag to flatten it while inserting it into the vacuum channel. Hold
it there until the sealing begins.
To prevent moisture or liquid from being poured into the vacuum channel,
you can pre-freeze moist food such as raw meat for 1 – 2 hours before
