Carefully turn the PEDESTAL (A) onto its top.

Fasten two REAR CASTERS (5) to the rear surface of
the PEDESTAL (A) bottom as shown. Use eight 1/2" PAN
HEAD SCREWS (9).

NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before
completely tightening any of them.

Fasten two FRONT CASTERS (3) to the front surface of
the PEDESTAL (A) bottom as shown. Use eight 1/2" PAN
HEAD SCREWS (9).
