Solution
Use distilled or purified
water.
Clean the device as ad-
vised in the instructions
with clean water and
clean the ultrasonic plate
with a cotton bud.
Clean the device and fill
with water to the halfway
mark. Add more water
once the device starts to
produce vapour.
Remove the excess
water and restart the
device.
Check that the USB ca-
ble is properly connected
to the energy source.
Clean the device as ad-
vised in the instructions.
Make sure in particular
that the ultrasonic plate
is properly cleaned.
Replace the cold water
with warmer water.

must be returned for free repair to the

The right to free repair will not apply
