Installing the faucet assembly
CAUTION: Always shut off the water supply before
removing an existing faucet or replacing any part of a
faucet. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure
and ensure that the water is completely shut off.

Shut off the water supply. Remove the old faucet.
□
Clean the mounting surface.
□
Remove the preassembled nut (D) and
washers (B & C) from the new faucet (A).
□
WITH NO DECK PLATE:
through the mounting holes in the sink until the
faucet (A) sets on top of the sink.
□
WITH DECK PLATE:
gasket (C) and deck plate (B) with the mounting
hole in the sink. Place the faucet (A) through the
deck plate (B) and mounting hole in the sink until
the faucet (A) sets on top of deck plate (B).

NOTE: Silicone sealant is required under the gasket (D).

Securing the faucet assembly

From underneath the sink, secure the faucet
assembly to the sink with the
system (B). Push the
up over the threads until it stops against the
bottom of the sink, then hand turn (clockwise)
to tighten (Fig 1).
