POWERING ON
Insert the power plug into the power outlet.
Switch the ON/OFF switch (F) on the back of the heater to the "I" position.
Press the ON/OFF button (1) to start the heater.
Selecting the HEATING MODE
Low heat output: Pressing the HEAT button (5) will initiate the low heat output mode of 1000 W –
the blue heat output indicator illuminates.
High heat output: Pressing the HEAT button (5) again will switch to the high heat output of 2000
W – the green heat output indicator illuminates.
Pressing the HEAT button (5) a third time will disable the heater – the heat output level display will
switch off.
TIMER
Repeatedly press the TIMER button (3) to set a time period after which the heater automatically
powers off (from 0 to 12 hours, in 1-hour intervals). To disable the TIMER function, repeatedly press
the TIMER button (3) until the "0" symbol appears on the LED display (after 12 hours).
TEMP/ECO function, setting the room temperature
The heater features the ECO operating mode, which allows for a precisely defined room
temperature to be reached and maintained.
Press the TEMP button (4) to configure the desired temperature; temperature range from 15-40°C
(in 1°C intervals). The value of the selected temperature level is shown on the LED display.
Once the configured temperature has been reached, the heater automatically shuts off. If the
temperature decreases 2°C below the configured value, the heater automatically switches itself
on.
To check the configured temperature, press the TEMP button (4) once.
To return to continuous operation, press the TEMP button (4) until the "00" symbol is displayed
on the LED display (after level 40°C) and the ECO operating indicator turns off.
SWING/OSCILLATION
Press the SWING/OSC button (2) in order to make it swing from one side to another and therefore
improve airflow distribution. Press it again to deactivate the function.
NIGHT MODE
Press and hold the ON/OFF button (1) for 3 seconds to turn off the LED display; press any button
to turn it back on.
POWER OFF
Press the ON/OFF button (1) to disable the heater; the fan will still run for 15 seconds afterwards
to allow the device to cool. Afterwards, set the ON/OFF switch (F) on the back of the heater to the
"0" position. Remove the power plug from the power outlet.
Overheating protection
The heater is fitted with overheating protection, which automatically turns off the unit when it
overheats, e.g. if the ventilation grilles become completely or partially blocked. Should this happen,
unplug the mains plug from the socket, wait approx. 10 minutes until the appliance has cooled
down and remove the object blocking the ventilation grille. Then switch the heater back on as
described above. The heater should now work normally again. If the problem persists, please
contact our customer service team.
