Problem
The dehumidifier
is not collecting

Troubleshooting
Probable Cause
The doors or windows
in the room where the
appliance is in use are
open.
The air vents are blocked.
The humidity in the room
is increasing.
The temperature is too
low.
The water tank is full.
The power has been cut
off.
The water tank is in the
wrong position.
The unit is not placed on
a flat stable surface.
Refrigerating fluid is
flowing.
Close all windows and doors.
Close all windows and doors.
Remove any blockages.
Turn off any appliances that may be
creating steam.
Ensure the temperature indoors is not
lower than 8°C/47°F.
Empty the tank.
Check to ensure the power adapter is
correctly connected and the wall socket
is plugged in and turned on.
Remove and replace the water tank,
positioning it correctly.
