Article L. 217-12 of the French Consumer Code:
«Actions resulting from non-conformity shall expire after a period of two years from delivery of the good».
Article 1641 of the French Civil Code:
«The seller is bound by the guarantee in relation to hidden defects that render the good sold unfit for its intended
use, or which impairs such use to the extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have purchased
it for a lower price, had the buyer known of the faults.»
Article 1648(1) of the French Civil Code:
«Actions resulting from hidden defects must be initiated by the buyer within a period of two years of discovery of
the fault.»
6.2 Commercial warranty
In addition to the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity, two trampolines are covered by a commercial
warranty provided by the manufacturer for the product(s) in question:
• the PUNCHI trampoline range: one (1)-year commercial warranty in addition to the two-year statutory
guarantee of conformity, for the metal framework of the trampoline: bases, legs and round tubing.
• the FAMILI trampoline range: three (3)-year commercial warranty in addition to the two-year statutory
guarantee of conformity, for the metal framework of the trampoline: bases, legs and round tubing.
Irrespective of the commercial warranty, Kangui also remains bound by the statutory guarantee of conformity set
out in Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-12 of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee covering faults with goods
sold, under Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.
The warranty is subject to a written agreement, a copy of which is provided to the Customer, specifying its
content, the procedure for its application, the cost, duration, geographic coverage and the name and address of
the guarantor.
In the event of damage to persons or property arising from a fault with the product, the customer may invoke the
liability of the producer or manufacturer of the product in question, on the basis of information provided on the
product packaging.
The terms and conditions and duration of the warranty are specified in the product description.
In the event of fault or malfunction of the product during the commercial warranty period, the Customer may
contact the Kangui After-sales service, who shall outline the content of the warranty, information that must be
provided for its application, its duration, geographic coverage and the contact details for the issuing manufacturer.
In all cases, the commercial warranty expressly excludes the following:
• all deterioration, damage or malfunction resulting from accidents, abuse or misuse, failure to comply with
safety instructions or usage instructions;
• all deterioration caused by movement of a trampoline assembled or disassembled by the customer,
installation faults or failure to comply with assembly instructions, unauthorised or poorly performed repairs,
negligence, parts that are modified or replaced by non-compliant parts;
• damage resulting from weather conditions (e.g. wind, snow, frost, etc.)
• and, more generally, any fault caused by abnormal or incorrect use or caused by a factor extraneous to the
intrinsic features of the products.

«Where the buyer requests that the seller perform restoration work covered by the guarantee, within the period
of the commercial warranty extended to the buyer when purchasing or repairing an item of movable property, any
period of detention of the good of seven days or more shall be added to the remaining period of guarantee. This
period shall commence as of when the request for action was made by the buyer or the delivery of the good in
question for repair, where delivery is made after the request for action.»
Any modifications, of any type whatsoever, to the original trampoline cancel this warranty.
