Q: Do you have a video on how to setup this product that I can watch?
A: Yes!

Q: My pedometer won't capture any steps. How do I fix it?
A: Your SC2 Pedometer has more than likely entered Pause Mode.
Do you see a little person on the left of your screen? If not, your step sensor is paused.
To resume counting HOLD «MODE» from the step screen until the person re-appears on the left side of
screen; You can enter Pause Mode by HOLDING «MODE» while on the Step screen until the person
disappears from the left side of the screen pausing all counting functions.
Q: Why doesn't the Pedometer count all of my steps?
A: Check these 2 things first.
1) Are you viewing the active step count screen? Click the white «MODE» button to navigate between the
screens, until the word step appears in the lower right corner. This is the Active Step screen.
2) Your SC2 Digital Pedometer has a false start monitor which prevents it from counting phantom steps. It
starts to count after 15 consecutive steps. Beginning the count at 16 onwards. We recommend walking
at 20 steps before checking.
Q: Will my pedometer go to sleep? Do I need to turn it on to go for a walk?
A: Your pedometer is always on. There is no off switch. The pedometer enters hibernation mode after 3
minutes of inactivity to save power. The display will not turn off, but it will not consume any more power than a
digital clock. It will resume step counting when it detects activity.
Q: I work shift work; how do I prevent my Pedometer from resetting to zero at midnight?
A: If you intentionally reverse the AM/PM setting on your clock this resetting function will be triggered at noon
instead of midnight.
Q: How do I change my Pedometer from Kilometers to Miles?
A: The Pedometer calculates both miles and kilometers. When viewing Distance or Speed. Press
toggle between Mile and KM or Mile/H and Km/H
