Hands and knees
First assume the position shown in the figure. Keep your head upright.

Sitting jump
Warning! The jump is only permitted with a sufficient trampoline size of at least 3.66 m.
First assume a seated position in the middle of the bounce sheet. Slightly
spread your legs, support yourself with your hands and lean forward slightly.

Back jump
Warning! The jump is only permitted with a sufficient trampoline size of at least 3.66 m.
Lying in the middle of the trampoline, stretch your legs and arms towards the
sky and lift your head. This is your landing position.

Pirouette
Half pirouette: Like the basic jump. Turn 180° around your own axis at the
highest point. Do not lose control and land on your feet.
360° pirouette: Like the basic jump. Turn 360° around your own axis at the
highest point. Do not lose control and land on your feet.
Squat jump
Like the basic jump. Pull your knees to your chest at the highest point briefly,
grab them with your arms and then extend your legs again.
Pike jump
Like the basic jump. Pull your legs to your chest at the highest point while
keeping the knees extended.
Angel jump
Like the basic jump. At the highest point, arch your back slightly, extend your
arms and look to the sky briefly.
Straddle jump
Like the pike jump. However, your legs are spread here and you touch your
toes.
Repeat this position after a small jump and let the trampoline bring you
back into the starting position.
