- Use the device only as described
in this instruction manual. Any
other kind of use is considered
misuse.
- Any defects caused by improper
handling, intentional damage,
unauthorized attempts to repair
the device or normal wear and tear
are not covered by the warranty.
- This device is only suitable for
use in enclosed indoor spaces.
- It should be placed on a safe,
flat, stable surface. If the floor
surface is delicate (e.g. laminate,
wood flooring), cover it as
necessary with a protective non-
slip mat.
- Keep the device away from heat
sources such as ovens and open
flames.
- Do not expose the device to
extreme
temperatures,
temperature changes, sunlight or

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before assembling the product, lay out all
the parts so you can see them.
1. Set aside two long, wide bolts, two
corresponding nuts and the bar. Insert the
bolts into the holes on the UNDERSIDE
of the bar.

2. Turn the main unit over and attach
the bar to the unit by screwing in the two
bolts.
3. Turn the device and use the flat
spanner to tighten the nuts
4. Set aside two short bolts and two nuts.
5. Firmly attach the iron plate to the
bottom of the device with the short bolts.
Use the flat spanner to firmly tighten the
black nuts.
6. Use the four long bolts and four nuts
remaining to firmly attach the left and
right pedals.
7. Use the Allen key to tighten the nuts
and bolts.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• This
product
designed to be used while sitting. It is not
recommended to be used when standing
up.
• To pedal comfortably, make sure you
are sitting with your legs bent at an angle
of more than 90º.
• This device can be comfortably used
under most desks and tables.
• Turn the dial on the front of the device
to adjust the workout resistance and
intensity.
• Start by doing exercises slowly and
gradually increase the intensity. Improper
and excessive use of the device can be
harmful to your health.
• This elliptical lets you pedal forward
major
and backward to work different muscles
and enjoy a comprehensive workout.
BUILT-IN DIGITAL DISPLAY
• Remove the digital display from the
device, open the compartment and insert
one LR44 1.5 V battery.
• SCAN FUNCTION: Press the button
until the SCAN icon starts to blink. The
screen displays information on the
different functions.
• TIME FUNCTION: Press the button
until the TIME icon lights up to indicate
that information on the function will be
displayed on the screen. When you start
pedalling, the screen shows the time that
has elapsed since the session began.
• PEDAL FUNCTION: Press the button
until the COUNT icon lights up. It counts
the number of pedalling movements
made since the session began.
• DISTANCE FUNCTION: Press the
button until the DIST icon lights up. When
you start pedalling, the distance covered
is displayed in metres.
• CALORIES FUNCTION: Press the
button until the CAL icon lights up. When
you begin the session, it starts displaying
the approximate number of calories
burned.
