POSSIBLE CAUSE
Hose connection or power supply

High levels of iron in your water sour-
ce.

Contact your dealer for repair
First check for any obstructions between the unit and
the washer. Ensure that the house pressure at the su-
pply valve is a minimum of 40 PSI. If this does not
solve the problem, reconnect the unit by replacing
the hoses on the unit's hose fittings and place the
"cold water" hose in the sink or bucket to drain and
clean the Venturi nozzle. Then reattach the hoses to
the appropriate connections.
Perform several washes without clothes until the
problem is solved. If the problem persists, contact
technical support.
Do not dry or bleach clothes as the effects will be
worse. Wash them again in clean water before drying
them. The use of an iron pre-filter is required.
